First time dying hair not sure about results?

i am currently living in japan

and my natural hair color is dark dark brown

i decided i wanted some change so i went to a salon

and dyed my hair a lighter brown and got some extensions

now i dont know if it was because my hair is different from asian hair (im latino) but the roots of my hair kind of give off a orange-y glow. and this is my first time ever dying my hair so i have no idea how it happened or how to fix it.

and not only that, now i feel like my eyebrows dont match my hair at all. is there any way to make it look more natural?

help please?

The orangey glow can probably be fixed by getting an ash based dye of the same shade and dyeing over it.
