How do I do my eye make up if I'm asian and look like this...?

I look like this...

but I can never do my eye make up... or even make up correctly without looking like a raccoon.

I'm going to start wearing a lot more make up starting January 2008 so now I REALLY need to know how to do my makeup.

Can anyone teach me or does anyone have a site that would teach me how to put my make up on?

I REALLY want to learn how to create the "smokey eyes" effect...

p.s. I am going to wear a lot of black, white, and grey...

ALSO, does anyone know what I can do about my hair?

That color you see in the pictures is the color of my hair dyed: it's natually black/dark brown. However, that color is the color I normally dye it...

ok first off, i think if you are going to redo your whole look, get a new wardrobe

cute, funky clothes that fit well - forever21, delias, etc

dye your hair to your natural black and keep the cut you have

maybe get more sideswept bangs

use alot of black pencil eye liner on your bottom eye lid and use mascara to extend your eye lashes also try some liquid eyeliner on the top eyelid it will bring out your eyes more. Try using orange blush on your cheeks as well

ok if u use blackon ur eyes it will make ur eyes look smaller...use brown or something
