back when i had hair like yours i used crew pomade, which has a similar consistency to wax. it gave me the slept in look...i would put it in my hair before going to bed and roll out of bed without doing anythign to it. if you want to be clean before your event you should shower and then put it in your hair while its dry but do it before you get dressed. dont' worry about getting it messed up...thats the appeal of it. asian hair is so straight a little bit of roughed up texture will look good.

Nice looking !! And I like your family too !! Really, I don't like guys with long hair, but for some reason I think you would look totally hot with longer hair. You have the features for it. For the prom, just use gel and brush it back or spike it. Have a great time !!!
