Try getting checked out by an endocrinologist and an ob/gyn.

Shave them only if you're in a rush and really want to get rid of them! Other than that I would recommend waxing them - which has been known to gradually reduce darkness, thickness and most importantly the growth rate!

Shaving can encourage them to grow thicker and quicker so try to avoid that! Waxing however, pulls the hairs out by the follicle which slows down its regrowth :)

Don't shave them, it makes the hair prickly and thick! Try getting a good was job! It doesn't seem to make my hair come back any thicker? I also bleach mine, but I am VERY fair complected
